New Updates starting 6/15/20

  • Due to increased demand – shipping is delayed 3-5 business days.

  • Many of our suppliers are closed for an indefinite amount of time so there will be NO back orders at this time (unless you request).

IN STORE ORDERS

*We are limiting the number of customers to 4 at a time so proper social distancing can be maintained. Please be considerate of anyone waiting to get in to do their shopping. We ask that only 1 person per party enter at a time to accommodate as many groups as possible.

*We ask that everyone entering the warehouse or storefront wear an N95 or cloth mask covering their nose and mouth. Trinity employees within 6 feet of anyone will also be wearing masks.

*We also ask that if you touch any products in the store that you don’t end up buying, place them in the appropriate box to be sanitized before we put them back on the shelves.

 

Curbside Pickup Orders

  • Please call in your order at least two hours prior to picking up so that we have time to prepare and pull your order.  Give payment information over the phone.

  • At the dock, tell us your first and last name or business name.

  • Please have your vehicles trunk open with space prepared for your order. Please close your trunk as well. Our staff will not be touching or moving items that may be in the way of loading your car.

Delivery

  • Delivery orders will work similar to our current delivery policy.

  • Please call to place your order. We will need time to process and pull your order.

  • The driver will not be entering your home or studio. Clay and supplies will be dropped off outside near your front door, garage door, or mail box.

Online Orders

  • Online orders are still being processed as usual.

  • When placing an order online for pickup, choose Curbside Pickup in the delivery options.

  • In the Order Notes section, please put when you plan on picking up.

  • You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup.

  • We need at least 4 hours notice if placing an online order for curbside pick up to be able to process, pull and have your order ready for you to pick up at the dock.

SHIPPING

Shipping is delayed by 3-5 days due to a higher volume then normal. If you do not live or work in the local Dallas area, we are still able to ship all products to you! You may place an order online or over the phone and we will do our best to get your product out to you as soon as possible.

Helpful shipping hints:

  • We are able to ship 50# of clay in a large priority box (postage = $22) or 25# of clay in a medium priority box (postage = $17)
  • Glazes do not fit well in flat rate boxes so they will usually be shipped UPS.
  • We always ship out the cheapest way possible and adjust your order accordingly.

Custom Firing

Custom firing schedule will continue as normal.

  • If you need to drop off your firing, please call ahead and let us know the clay body that you are using.

  • When dropping off your work to be fired, please label your box / container with your name, phone number and how many pieces are in the box.

  • If you are picking up a piece, please call us with your credit card so that we can process payment and have your firing ready to bring out when you arrive.
