Trinity uses UPS and the United States Postal Service for all shipping.


Trinity’s Responsibility

Trinity pledges to fill your order promptly and correctly. We ship via the best carrier to fit your

needs. Your order is guaranteed to leave our dock complete and in good condition. Under normal

circumstances, we will ship your order the next business day if the order is placed by 12pm. If an item is not in stock,

we will call you to determine the next step of action.  We do not ship torn bags or damaged goods.


Your Responsibility

Anticipate delivery and provide adequate unloading facilities. Always retain your freight bill

and bill of lading until you are satisfied that the shipment is complete and in good condition.

Any damage should be noted on the freight bill by the driver. It is your responsibility to initiate

claims with the shipper within 10 days. Even though our responsibility for your order ends

when picked up by the carrier, we will assist you in any way we can.
