White/light buff firing stoneware at cones 5 and 6. Oxidation (Electric Kilns) will yield a nice white but heavy reduction will turn it brown. The color will depend on the
amount of reduction during the firing. This body was originally developed for salt glazing but it is excellent for raku because it contains more grog than regular stoneware bodies. Fires from cone 6 to 10, bisque at cone 06 to 04. Also available without grog or with extra grog.

Shrinkage Cone 6: 12% +/-2% Cone 10: 12% +/-2%; Absorption Cone 6: 1.5% +/-1%
