Trinity Ceramic Supply offers a wide variety of tools, supplies and raw materials for the artist /craftsperson interested in working in ceramics and related fields. Our warehouse is fully stocked with literally tons of great wheels, slab rollers, glazes, tools, books and kilns from a variety of manufacturers. Drop by and browse the offerings. Call in raw material orders in advance to save time!

We hold published prices for as long as possible. However, prices are subject to change without notice. Trinity stocks large quantities of materials. Although not shown here there are larger quantity discounts available. Price quotes for larger quantities and special orders will be honored for up to sixty days from the date of the quote. Chemicals and various types of clays that come in 50 and 100 pound bags are economically priced in those quantities or greater. All prices are FOB our warehouse in Dallas, Texas and do not include shipping or state and federal taxes.

Remittance should accompany order unless an account has been established with Trinity Ceramic Supply, Inc. Payment may be made by cash, check, Visa, Amex, Discover or Master Card. Schools, government agencies and other institutions may purchase using their purchase order number.

Trinity Ceramic Supply, Inc. is obligated only to replace products deemed defective. We are not liable and shall be held harmless for loss and/or damage, direct or indirect, arising from the use or misuse of products we provide. We carry no warranty other than the warranty provided by the original manufacturer.

Trinity pledges to fill your order promptly and correctly. We ship via the best carrier to fit your needs. Your order is guaranteed to leave our dock complete and in good condition. Under normal circumstances, we will ship your order within 6 to 10 days of receipt of order. We do not ship torn bags or damaged goods.

Anticipate delivery and provide adequate unloading facilities. Always retain your freight bill and bill of lading until you are satisfied that the shipment is complete and in good condition. Any damage should be noted on the freight bill by the driver. It is your responsibility to initiate claims with the shipper within 10 days. Even though our responsibility for your order ends when picked up by the carrier, we will assist you in any way we can.

Trinity Ceramic Supply, Inc. is primarily an industrial supplier of clay and related raw materials to industrial customers for use in sanitation products and floor and wall tiles. Many of these materials are used by professional and amateur ceramists and potters. We are not authorities on every product that we carry. Diversity of studios, tools, kilns and work habits can make material problems difficult to diagnose. We cannot guarantee results!

Mining companies thoroughly test the materials they mine to provide a consistent, usable product. Since the materials are mined from the earth, material composition will vary and therefore product performance cannot be guaranteed. Trinity recommends you test each new batch of material to determine consistency and suitability for your specific application.

We at Trinity Ceramic Supply want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order is not received in good condition we will do our best to correct this for you promptly. Please have your invoice or packing slip available when calling to facillate the process.
Exchanges or Returns are permitted for items received in less than new condition, damaged products due to shipping, or for inaccurate orders. Refunds are processed on unused, resellable product.
We ask that if you should need to return or exchange a product, you do so immediately. We will not accept returns on moist clays after 30 days from the time of purchase.

Trinity uses UPS and the United States Postal Service for all shipping outside the DFW metroplex.

we will call you to determine the next step of action. We do not ship torn bags or damaged goods.
