Call Trinity Ceramic to setup a new account at 214-631-0540.  If you already have an account with us, then follow our instructions for Registering your Account online and Requesting a Quote.  You may email your purchase orders to [email protected].

Because we deal with some very complex shipping charges, sometimes shipping and handling looks inaccurate. We review every online charge to make sure that the total is accurate based on weight, location, etc.  We will notify you immediately if your shipping rate will change.  The best thing to do for complex orders is use our Request a Quote system.  That way when we review your order and send it back to you, your total and shipping charges will be accurate.

Under normal circumstances we usually ship orders out within 1-2 business days. Due to limited supplies and material shortages, some products can take up to two weeks. If you are ordering items in bulk,  please make sure we have the available stock if you need it in a timely manner.  After you place your order online either through the shopping cart or Request a quote, then you can Track Your Order HERE.

You can use the main search bar at the top left of any page to search for products. Product identifiers include brand name, color, and title, and sku of product.
You can also perform more specific searches on any category page by brand name, color, and firing temperature/technique. Color searches apply to glazes only.
